About the property
Modern XXL villa comprises of two separate holiday homes which are furnished and equipped to meet the requirements of a modern guest, combining the pleasing visual aspect with the comfort and practicality. There are 8 bedrooms with a view of the mountains, 4 of which have their own air conditions and balconies. Two kithchens are fully equipped with all the appliances (dishwashers, ovens, microwaves, espresso machine, water kettles, fidges and freezers) as well as batahrooms (washing machines and hair driers). In the living rooms there are tv sets with a satellite. The WIFI is free, as well as a huge parking lot. There is also a huge outdoor grill at your disposal and a library with more than 200 books in different languages. The outside pool is lit so it can be enjoyed both during the day and at night. There is also a massage bench for 2 persons. There are 18 pool chairs at your disposal and in the pool vicinity there is a small children´s playground with a trampoline and the swings, as well as a small gym. There are also more bikes of different sizes at your disposal.

We furnished and equipped the Villa to meet all the requirementss of a modern guest, so there is free WIFI, parking lot, bikes, air conditions, garden with an outdoor pool, bbq and playground.
There are 8 bedrooms with a mountain view, 2 kitchens and dining rooms with teraces equipped with dishwashers and microwaves, 2 living rooms with tv sets with a satellite progammes, 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms with baths and washing machines.
There is also a small gym and a library with more then 200 books in different lanugages.

Modern XXL Villa
From 20th until 27th of august we stayed with 13 persons of our family at this Modern XXL Villa. Marina and her husband welcomed us openheartedly. We were overwhelmed with their friendliness and all kinds of nice, home made drinks ( f.e.limonchello , cherry ), jams, a platter with cheese etc. to eat with a nice wine, really nice fruit from their own trees (figs/prunes, tomatoes). The whole week we could pick from the trees, except for the apples of course.
The house is so spacious and beautifully decorated, which was so calming. When we had a problem, we were helped out as soon as possible. The pool was fantastic. The younger children loved it..their mother excercised almost every morning in the pool. The surroundings are beautiful. The people we came across in the neighbourhood were so friendly. And we discovered that every morning the baker brought his bread and buns to the old people up on the hill. So we could also buy some freshly baked bread.
We were also lucky that the weather this summer was marvellous, and fortunately Croatia has a beautiful sea too.
Thank you, Marina and husband for letting us stay at your super duper nice house. Wish all the good you can wish for.

Modern XXL Villa
We stayed here this summer for 2 weeks with a group of 16 people. This place is amazing, 2 separate homes so the families can have their privacy and still be together as you share the big, clear pool, garden, gym, bikes for the kids, little playground for the smaller kids , big BBQ/grill outside and parking space for all our (4!) cars. Carport so no blazing sun on the cars all day 👌🏾 sitting/dining area by the pool is also very nice and large enough for a big group. Everything was very clean and neat, chapeau and the personal touch and service by Marina (and her family!) was wonderful and much appreciated. She also makes her own jam and liqueur and as soon as we finish those we will definitely be back, Marina 😁👌🏾

Es ist sauber, freundlich eingerichtet und aufgeräumt. Wenn man Hilfe benötigt oder Fragen rund um die Region hat, sind die Vermieter die besten Ansprechpartner. Es gab leckeren Honig, natürlich selbst gemacht, man durfte sogar zuschauen 😊 auch Marmelade und Likör/Schnaps. Kann ich bestens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles...

Our group of 16 people arrived way to early at the Villa that’s why we were positivly surprised that we could move in like 5 hours before we actually were allowed to. The first thing we noticed was that everything is very clean and that the decoration was absolutly lovely. We litteraly had everything we needed besides Marina who did everything to make us feel home. She gave us cookies and snacks. We couldn‘t ask for a better place. Marina made us feel home and was a big part of the reason why we had the best time in Croatia.

Wifi-dobre łącze o dobrym strimingu.
Gospodarze, bardzo miła i fachowa obsluga.
Komunikacja w j.ang na najwyższym poziomie.

Amazing! This home is everything as advertised if not more! The peace and quiet that surrounded us was amazing, the only sounds in the neighborhood were the birds and crickets! Great mountain view from the balconies! We really managed to relax and didn’t have to worry about anything, the whole place was completely equipped down to the tiniest details, it even has the gym, bikes, grill that was huge, kids playground….we enjoyed the pool with massage and night lighting and their homemade liquors on the patio haha .. amazing food altogether, they welcomed us with a whole platter of homemade products, like honey, marmalade, cheese and prosciutto! The hosts really wanted to make sure we were happy and even the communication was not an issue as they speak in more languages! I definitely would love to return and I recommend it! Five stars!

We (7 Adults and 9 Childern) spent in this Villa 9 days, it was a wonderful time.
As we arrived we were welcomed with open arms by the owner.
by the way, the owner is speaking very well English and is very helpful.
The accommodation contains a nice double house. The rooms are big and comfortable equipted.

- 2 big kitchens with new equipment
- air conditions are available
- nice balcony with a swing
- smart TV's
- very clean bathrooms
- Barbecue Grill
- etc...
The House is located in a small and quiet village. You can get your bread every morning fresh. The village is very close to the highway and the beach Brella is just 25min far away.
We can highly recommend this accommodation and we would book this Villa, as soon as we go again to Croatia.

I spent here one week and it was lovely time. Nice double house, comfortable rooms and kitchens. Very good equipment, fast WIFI. The place contains nice pool and garden. there is also big table where can sit all inhabitants. The village is small, quiet. Not far away from the sea and very close to highway. The owner is very helpfull and open. If you ask you will get all answers. Few km from village there is possibility to take rafting.
There was only one minus, the wasps. They were many of them but it is possible to manage with them.
